As a result, the equipment cannot be operated, causing losses to customers. Therefore, if the PLC signal power supply is 24V, a 1.5K resistor must be connected between the two signals and the PLC, and the resistor power should not be too small and should be about 1W. Some use 5V to power the PLC signal, so there is no need to connect a resistor in series.

Because the IGBT tube works in the state of high current and high voltage, the operating frequency is high, and the heat generation is large, its failure rate is high, and because of its high price, the following principles should be followed when replacing the IGBT tube: First, try to use The replacement of the original model is not only conducive to fixed installation, but also relatively simple. Secondly, if there is no tube of the same model, it can be replaced with an IGBT tube with similar parameters. The temperature and humidity of the place where the semiconductor components are stored should be kept at room temperature and humidity, and should not deviate too much from the general. The room temperature is specified as 5~35 degrees Celsius, and the room humidity is specified as 45%~75%. In areas that are particularly dry in winter, humidification is required. The container for installing IGBT tube module in machine humidification should choose a container without static electricity and try to keep it away from corrosive gas or dusty places. There may be dew condensation on the surface of the IGBT module in places where the temperature changes sharply.
