1. Function: In the running state or stopped state, the spindle starts to decelerate and locate to the preset position direction after receiving the M19 command or pressing the orientation function key on the operation panel.
2. Related PMC procedures:
1) M19 code processing:
When F7.0 is 1, the DECB instruction is decoded. After receiving the M19 instruction and decoded, R40.0 is 1.
2) Spindle orientation programming
The spindle orientation command signal is 70.6. When this signal is 1, the spindle immediately decelerates and stops at the predetermined position. R40.0 is the M19 command signal, X2.2 is the spindle orientation function key on the panel, and F45.1 is the zero-speed detection signal. R100.0 R100.1 R100.2
In order to ensure safety, when the orientation command G70.6 is issued, the spindle forward and reverse rotation commands G70.5, G70.4 and the speed command are set to 0. When the zero-speed detection signal F45.1 is 1, the spindle orientation complete signal is F45. 7 is 1.
3. Parameter setting
8135 is 0, the spindle orientation function is set to be valid, and the parameters of 4000~4059 are set as required.
3. Debug
1) Input M19 in MDI mode or press the orientation key on the machine tool panel in JOG mode, and the spindle starts to be oriented.
2) Adjustment of the exact stop angle of the spindle
(1) First set parameter 3117#1 to 1 to display the encoder signal on the screen;
(2) Set 4077 to 0 and 4031 to 0, compile the spindle exact stop program and run it or the exact stop in JOG mode. After the exact stop, observe that the value of 445 displayed on the diagnosis screen should be 0;
(3) Cancel the exact stop, turn it slowly to the required standard stop position by hand, and read the value A on the 445 display screen;
(4) Input the value in 445 into A to 4031, after the exact stop, the spindle is at the position A. If you want to offset a certain value of 200, enter 200 in 4077. After the exact stop, 455 will display the value of A+200.
